What's a P/21?

P/21 (S) - Student

This level is comprised of students that are currently at college and have to spend time “in industry” as part of their qualification.

They have the choice of spending it in any internship program they can find or at P/21 where we will “place” you within the offices of a P/21 Agency Partner and provide you with real purpose projects to work on and industry mentors to guide and work with you.

This period qualifies as an “in industry” placement and you will be furnished with a certificate detailing the projects you worked on, the hours you volunteered and links to the work you helped with. Reference letters provided on request. 

P/21 (Q) - Qualified

This level is comprised of individuals that have recently qualified and are either on the job market and wanting to build their networks and portfolios as well as people that are employed and want to volunteer some of their time to help.

They can work remotely, at their offices or in the offices of a P/21 Agency Partner.

P/21 will select projects that match your skill set and your time availability and pair you with a mentor if there is a need.

You will be furnished with a certificate detailing the projects you worked on, the hours you volunteered and links to the work you helped with. Reference letters provided on request. 

P/21 (QX) - Qualified with Experience

This level has been added for individuals that have over 10 years industry experience and want to help on purpose projects that fall in their skill set and volunteered hours.

They can work remotely, at their offices or in the offices of a P/21 Agency Partner.

P/21 will select projects that match your skill set and your time availability and introduce you directly to the client.

The onus will be on you to meet their expectations and deliver the work in full. Should there be scope creep or a fundamental change in brief, the P/21 team will re-engage to reset. You will be furnished with a certificate detailing the projects you worked on, the hours you volunteered and links to the work you helped with. Reference letters provided on request. 

P/21/QX’s are welcome 

to become mentors.
